The personal data collected by Blanc Maritime Agency will be used to provide and receive services, or to deliver and receive goods that are contracted or required. 
The information collected will be used solely to fulfill the contracted services and will not be disclosed or used for commercial purposes. If the requested information is not provided, the services cannot be rendered. 
Personal data will not be transferred to individuals outside this company; therefore, we commit not to share personal information with third parties.

ARCO RIGHTS

You may limit the use or disclosure of your personal data and may exercise, when applicable, your rights of access, rectification (if the data is inaccurate or incomplete), cancellation (when the data is no longer required for the purposes stated in this Notice), or revocation and opposition.
In such case, you must submit a written request at the address indicated above, to which you will receive a response within 15 days following the date of the request, or, if you are not satisfied with the response, you may initiate a Data Protection Procedure before the Federal Institute for Access to Information and Data Protection. 
In the event that you cancel your personal data, you will no longer receive or provide the services of Blanc Maritime Agency.

Such modifications will be communicated through any of the following means: a written notice sent to your address, a message sent to your email or mobile phone, a notice published on our website, or through postings at the branches of Blanc Maritime Agency.
